USM. Track Mats

USM. track mats are proven elastomeric products made from high quality natural rubber

and proven quality synthetic rubber, which give a durable and highly effective reduction

against vibration and sound emissions caused by rail bound traffic. USM. track mats

are suitable for both ballast tracks and track systems without ballast (floating slab track).

The deliver program comprises 3 different mat types with different characteristics and

stiffness for use with trams, underground systems, metropolitan/commuter and main line

railways.

USM. G-1000 USM. 1000 W USM. 4000

Series USM. G-1000

Track mats with a damping layer of bound pelleted rubber which is covered from both

sides with wear resistant protective rubber layers. These protective layers prevent the

damping layer from possible mechanical damage, e.g. by sharp stone ballast edges.

Series USM. 1000, 2000, 3000

Characteristic for these types of mats are truncated cone-shaped spring elements

arranged on the rear side of a wear resistant rubber cover layer.

Serie USM. 4000

This profiled type of mat was specially developed for the use in high speed railway lines.
